We are particularly concerned about the privacy of our individual members and those who register for events and request information from the Chamber (“you”). Information we receive from you on applications, forms and other information you provide us, whether in-person, in writing, by phone, electronically, via the Internet or by other means. This information may include your name, address, telephone number, e-mail address and credit card number; and
Information about your transactions with us;

We do not disclose any nonpublic information about our members or former members to anyone except as permitted by law.
Our security practices
We restrict access to nonpublic information about you to those employees who need to know that information to provide services to you. We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards that comply with federal regulations to guard your nonpublic information.

The Arlington Chamber of Commerce strives to maintain up-to-date, complete and accurate member information. If at any time you believe our information about you is inaccurate, please call us at 781.643.4600.
Membership dues, program and event fees are non-refundable.
